LawPundit Browser URL Icon and Google Toolbar Addition
We have added the unique Lawpundit Icon to the blog. This so-called favicon (favorite icon) now shows up in the browser URL address line and now also shows up with bookmarks made to this LawPundit blawg.
In addition, we have added the option for readers to add LawPundit via the LawPundit icon to the Google Toolbar, making immediate access to the LawPundit weblog available to regular readers. Thus far this option is open only in IE but we expect that Google will make this option a possibility for Mozilla Firefox soon.
Not of great importance but of interest to enthusiasts is the following tip: occasionally, favicons do not show up properly in IE, an error in IE which can be corrected at the LawPundit blog page (or any other internet page having a favicon) by pointing the mouse on the IE icon in the browser line, holding the mouse down and moving the IE icon slightly, which usually causes the IE favicon to magically disappear and the correct favicon to appear.
